The DCN is conducting a survey to determine this year's recipient of the Customer Service Award which recognises the standard of customer service offered by individual shipping lines, or their agent, as seen by their customers.
The survey should only take 3-4 minutes to complete and your responses will be anonymous. The survey can only be taken once.
The 2025 Awards brings a new twist to the Liner Trade Awards. In the past, these categories were judged purely on schedule reliability statistics. This year, they will also take into account customer feedback via a survey that will only take 1-2 minutes to complete.
